A combination of smoked salmon, trout, whiting, & shrimp served with cucumber dill sauce (Minimum of 25 guests please) .

A display of fresh mozzarella, sliced provolone, salami, pepperoni, olives, & peppers.

Italian Butcher Block.

Sliced salami, pepperoni, mortadella, & capicola.

Bruschetta Sampler.

Tomato-basil, wild mushrooms, & olive tapenade bruschettas served with toasted bread rounds.

Baked Brie.

Whole round of brie cheese wrapped in puff pastry and baked until golden Brown (Minimum of 25 guests please) .
